Data deletion
QuickFy is a product of FL1 s.r.o. When you connect an account (including Meta via Login with Facebook), we process the data only to show it to you in your dashboard and reports. Here is how to revoke access and how to request deletion of your data.
How to revoke access to Meta
- On Facebook open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to "Apps and websites" (Business Integrations).
- Select QuickFy and click "Remove".
- Alternatively, in your QuickFy account open Connections and disconnect Meta.
How to request data deletion
- Email bo2@fl1.cz from the email address of your QuickFy account, with subject "Data deletion".
- Or, in your account, disconnect Meta and request account deletion.
What data we delete
The performance data imported from Meta and associated with your account: Facebook and Instagram Page insights (followers, views, engagement) and ads data, together with access tokens and connection settings.
Timing
We action requests within 30 days. By revoking access on Facebook, QuickFy immediately stops syncing new data.
